Singaporean Curry January 13, 365 Challenge

Singapore Curry with Roti Paratha
Trina introduced us to this Singapore Curry. It's super easy to make, as the sauce is from a box, and the Roti is frozen. Both are easily available at Great Wall right by us. You add chicken and potatoes, and there you have it. The sauce is runny, so I like to eat it with rice to absorb all the liquid. Tasty and thankfully not to spicy :D
