Oh! My SamGyupSal Korean BBQ

Fun dinner with friends, Diane was craving Korean BBQ so we planned a night out to try 678. However, the wait was over an hour and a half. So we changed venue to a tried and true place that we have been to several times before.

We chose Option A this time around.

Kitsune and I still prefer Breakers BBQ over all the others. The price used to be much higher, so we didn't frequently choose that option when going to Korean BBQ. We realized today though, that the prices have gone up and Breakers is only slightly more expensive. Definitely worth it now with the sides, the salad, and soup that they include. We also feel that the meat may be of a higher quality as well. Either way, dinner wasn't bad. Was it the best? No, but tasty all the same.

I am always partial to the brisket. I can take or leave the pork belly etc.

Always add lots of greens to balance all that meat!

I love to wrap the meat with the pickled radish slices. A touch of the fermented sauce, some soybeans, and lots of greens; dip it in the peanut powder, and there you go! That is my preferred method of noming down Korean BBQ. Always eat it with my hands as well. It is just much to difficult to hold it all together with chopsticks. So, rather messy, but worth it.
