The third part of our Traveling Trio (who will remain nameless) likes to do Geo Caching in his travels. He happened to find one right near where we were staying in Beitou so we went hunting around to find it.
It was pretty well hidden, the boys were consulting the map trying to figure out where we should actually be looking. The theme was Alice in Wonderland, which was neat. I happened to see a chain and asked if that was what we were looking for. I was totally not digging around for it (spiders!!) so our friend cleared away the vines and uncovered a large teapot that had the log and stuff inside. We all signed our names and he left some fun notes and a tag thingy.
The small little trail off the main road was lovely and was a fun little side trip to start our busy day off.
